Do you offer treatments for couples, as well?

Our philosophy is to offer an exceptional SPA treatment with maximum privacy and comfort, which means you won't hear any disturbing noises, conversations or movements of other people. During the treatment, it's only you and the therapist in the salon, which ensures an undisturbed relaxation. Couple's treatments are not possible.

Why don't you provide cheaper treatments?

This is a fairly common question we get. However, we'll follow up on the previous answer. We're a private JAPANESE HEAD SPA, which means that in the salon, it's just the therapist and 1 client at a time. This means that the number of treatments per day is considerably limited. 
In addition:
· we use premium Japanese hair cosmetics (MILBON)
· we have luxurious handmade equipment directly from Japan, we waited over 6 months for the delivery
· we've gained our knowledge and skills from the most experienced Head Spa therapists in Japan
· we've chosen a premium location in the Old Town - Twin City for our clients

All of these facts being taken into consideration, our prices are reasonable and we believe that the quality we offer will be highly appreciated by our clients.

Why do I have to pay a deposit when booking an appointment?

Unfortunately, we had been receiving a considerable number of fake bookings with phone numbers of completely different persons and we also had been dealing with irresponsible clients who either did not show up for the treatment or canceled it just 1-2 hours in advance. Since this represents an irreplaceable financial loss for us, we had to introduce these measures. Therefore, if you'd like to book an appointment, you'll have to pay a deposit of EUR 50, and the rest will be billed to you in the salon.

Question 5

How often is it appropriate to undergo a HEAD SPA treatment?

Accepted Answer

Old skin cells are replaced by new ones every 4-6 weeks, so it is recommended to undergo this treatment approximately once a month. Even if you do not suffer from any significant problems with your scalp, regular and intensive care of it can help prevent possible problems in the future, such as frequent hair loss etc.

Question 6

Where can I park?

Accepted Answer

You can park either in the Twin City underground garages, which are charged 2 EUR/hour, or in the shopping centre Nivy (about 4 minutes' walk from our salon) for 3 hours for free.

Question 7

My gift certificate has expired. Can I extend it?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, the validity of the voucher is fixed. If you are interested, we can extend it for a fee.
